[Usagi picks up the Fluid and moves it to her kitchen island counter, sitting there is the Star tarot card.]

It's actually really pretty! I hope if it's not evil, that I can keep it. So, what's the Star mean?

Yes. It's safe to eat, but it's magic. And should be saved.

[Don't overdo it, Usagi.]

Ah...[She studies the card.]

The Star brings hope and strength to carry on with life. It's also associated with having many blessings. It's not a bad card at all. It fits you, certainly.

I would keep it. I would...also consider doing what it says on the back if you want. Sodder's gifts tend to be useful, if a touch unusual.

It should keep indefinitely if you keep what it came in.

Um, let's see, a really old chalice, a pretty turquoise stone. [Your boyfriend doesn't have an obsession with geology for you not to learn SOMETHING about said rocks and minerals.] OH! And a note from some woman named Ramona.

Because it's a card associated with spirituality and inner sight. Things that have been a part of my life since I was a child.

And oh. Those are the same things I got. Definitely tools to hold on to, I'm sure that the deer are giving us to them for a purpose.

This is really unusual. The last time the deer gave me something it was a strange sword. I don't have it anymore, but it happened the first time I was here.

Well, maybe they want us to go somewhere? I mean, I don't know that I would drink out of the cup, but maybe we all have it for like, a ritual or something?

Maybe. It's really hard to say, though. I feel like it's better to just hold on to these things and keep them close.

[She doesn't really know how to explain the patterns she's noticed in Deerington, of things changing rapidly towards the end of a month, and growing more complicated early on. It's hard to put it into words for herself, let alone vocalize them to someone else.]

I have a feeling that we'll know when we need them.

[Because Usagi has no reason to doubt Rei or her feelings and premonitions. In fact, her entire life thus far has been BANKING on Rei, Hotaru's, Mamoru's, and Michiru's premonitions and readings.]

I wonder why turquoise though?

Right? Maybe it's something to do with the dream itself. Like how things in the Great Sleep are always more symbolic than anything.

[She's probably mentioned that to Usagi at some point. A weird dream within a dream.]

I just hope we don't get trapped in the cards... being trapped in a mirror shard was enough for me, honestly.

Just one. And it was...of a personal nature.
